About Sweet Espresso
Sweet and mild blend of two round and sweet coffees. The base and middle of the taste experience is derived from a dark roast of coffee from the northern region of Honduras, Marcala, giving a natural taste of dark chocolate, caramel and cane sugar
This is complimented by top notes from a lighter roast of Santa Ana, El Salvador with an emphasis on the natural milk chocolate and almond notes, that is inherent to this variety.
All in all a very sweet and chocolatey espresso.
Recommended Brewing Method
We recommend that you brew this coffee as espresso, or moka pot.
Continued demand for a delicate and sweet espresso with low acidity pushed our roaster to compose this blend. He claims this to be an espresso perfect for all tastes.
