About The Chemex Coffee Maker
The Chemex Coffee Maker was invented in 1941 by Dr. Peter Schlumbohm and is a drip-based coffee maker. Besides making absolutely amazing coffee in a short time, the Chemex is also a design icon, as it's featured in the permanent exhibition at New York's Museum of Modern Art.
Besides the Chemex, you just need paper filters and good coffee which must be poured over with water (6-7g of coffee per 100ml of water). We can recommend our Fazenda Rio Brilhante from Brazil or our Finca Santa Lucia from Columbia.
This Chemix makes up to 6 cups of coffee.
