General management of your subscription

You can manage most of the parametres outlined below by going to the following section of our page. 

First, login to your account, using the human-looking icon in the menu placed right from our logo. From your account page, you can see your ordre history and manage your subscription, please locate the menu to the right from your ordre history. Now, click on 'Manage Subscriptions'.

How do I skip my next shipment?

After following the steps outlined In the general management section in the top of this page, in the menu to the left, click on 'Delivery Schedule' from here you see your next expected delivery date - and you will also have the option to 'skip' the shipment.

How do I change how much coffee I receive?

After following the steps outlined In the general management section in the top of this page, in the the column that has 'action' written on it, please click on the option named 'edit'. From here please click on the text, where 'Change Product Quantity' is written. From here you can edit the quantity of you subscription. Remember to click save, once you're done deciding. 

When are we shipping your subscription ordre?

As soon as we receive your first ordre, we start processing it so that you can get it as soon as possible. If you wish, you can change the date, which we charge the payment for your next subscription ordre. This can be done by following the instructions as mentioned at the top of this page. After arriving at your subscription, please click on the text where 'change next charge date' is written. Now, you can change the next date, from which we charge and hereafter ship your coffee. 

Please note, that should you change the date it will go into effect from next month and then onwards. 

How do I change my billing information?

After following the steps outlined In the general management section in the top of this page, in the the column that has 'action' written on it, please click on the option named 'edit'. From here please click on the text, where 'Update Payment Information' is written. After changing the information to buy clicking 'Update Payment'.

How do I cancel my billing information?

After following the steps outlined In the general management section in the top of this page, in the the collumn that has 'action' written on it, please click on the option named 'edit'. From please click on the text in the bottom of the page, where 'cancel' is written. Your subscription has now been cancelled.
