About Cauca
This coffee is a mix of the Castillo, Caturra and Bourbon varieties, grown at 1500-1800 masl in the Cauca Region of South- Western Colombia facing the Pacific Ocean. The brewed coffee has a distinct aesthetic and clear body with notes of Citric fruit, Abricot and Caramel, followed by a sweet aftertaste of milk chocolate and nuts. We roast this coffee very light to highlight the fruity character of the beans potential.
