Medium roasted coffee from the Cauca region of South Western Colombia. This coffee is a mix of the Castillo, Caturra and Bourbon varieties, grown at 1500-1800 masl in the Cauca Region of South- Western Colombia facing the Pacific Ocean. The brewed coffee has a distinct aesthetic and clear body with notes of Citric fruit, Abricot and Caramel, followed by a sweet aftertaste of milk chocolate and nuts.
Although being the same bean as our lighter roast from Cauca, with similar notes, this version is roasted to highlight the Caramel and generally sweet aspects of the beans potential. The result is a smooth fruity coffee, that is best served as an espresso or full bodied cup of filtercoffee.
