About Our Sidamo
Our newest addition is a washed coffee from Ethiopia, the Sidamo province to be exact.
The coffee has a lot of natural fruity and floral notes, but we roast it just long enough for the base of the cupprofile to be dominant in the taste experience, leaving a medium bodied coffee with a bit of acidity, where the topnotes can easily be recognized.
A wholesome coffee, both with or without milk, the cup is a refreshing and exotic experience
