Classic Colombian coffee with specific notes of citrus and red apple rounded by a sugary sweetness reminiscent of sugar cane and honey. Roasted light to medium we aim to accentuate the fruity taste with an aftertaste of dark chocolate.

The coffee is a mix of Caturra and Castillo sourced from the providence of San Rafael, situated in the Palermo Mountains of southwestern Colombia about 1200 meters above sea level. The specific climate enables local farmers to farm and harvest quality coffee all year round with a minimum of additives and pesticides.
