Story
The Guji highlands are named after a local tribe and situated in the Oromo region of Ethiopia. Historically Guji coffee has been exported as a Sidamo variant, but lobbying in the Ethiopian government has lead to the region being recognized as it's own. The cup profile is similar to Sidamo coffee, but with a tasteful twist that leaves you with an adventurous cup profile.
In other words, you’re in for a real treat.
